What counts as an asset?
Your allowance counts IP, domain and discovered-service asset records. A server IP and a domain are two assets. Discovered HTTP services need additional slots; when the quota is full, they cannot be added for web scanning. Check your billing usage before expanding scope.
Which plans have a free trial?
Organizations that have not used a trial receive 30 days on Starter, then renew at €10/month. A payment method is required at checkout. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid paid renewal. Growth, Business and Scale have no free trial. Enterprise is handled through sales.
Do all paid plans include full-port scanning?
Yes. Every paid tier scans all 65535 TCP ports. The differences are capacity, cadence, seats, and workflow depth.
How often do scheduled scans run?
Starter and Growth are designed around weekly scheduled scans. Business and Scale move to daily cadence, and Enterprise can be tailored.
Can I buy extra scans without upgrading?
Yes. Buy 5 credits for €7.50, 20 for €30 or 50 for €50. Each selected asset uses one credit per manual run. Included credits reset each calendar month; purchased credits remain usable for 365 days. Scan packs do not increase your asset allowance.
Are PDF and SOC 2 reports included?
Yes. Audit-oriented reporting is included on every paid plan, with higher tiers adding white-label and workflow options.
What happens if I outgrow my plan?
You can move up a tier at any time. The scanner output stays consistent, so the upgrade is about capacity rather than relearning the product.
